Everything you love about peanut butter cups, with the awesome addition of bananas and honey. These easy DIY buttercups are a perfect sweet snack. We like to make them and eat them right away, but you can also stick them in the freezer and enjoy for later. So yummy!
When it comes to candy, peanut butter cups are an all-time classic. And sure, you can buy them from the store, but why not make them with dairy-free, soy-free chocolate, all-natural peanut butter, raw honey and a creamy slice of organic banana?

Though I think these PB cups are best when eaten right away, they work well as a frozen treat, too. Enjoy within a week or so for best results.

7-Minute Honey Banana Peanut Butter Cups

- 1 (10 oz) bag Enjoy Life! chocolate chips
- 6 Tbsp peanut butter
- 6 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 banana
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30 seconds bursts, stirring between, until melted. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into the bottom of a muffin tin, lined with parchment muffin cups.
Add a scoop of peanut butter on top of the chocolate in each cup, place a banana on top and drizzle with honey. Cover each cup with chocolate.
Place in freezer for 5 minutes, or until firm. Enjoy immediately, or store in freezer to keep bananas from browning.
